Dark mode

Every portal is getting a dark theme, not just this docs site. It follows your OS preference by default, with a manual override in account settings.

Coverage goes beyond the chrome around the screen: the canvas, execution views, and every modal are being themed too, so nothing snaps back to light mid-workflow.
