Getting help

MagOneAI includes a built-in support ticketing system for reaching the platform team. Use it to report an issue, ask a question, or request help with your deployment.
You don’t need to be logged in to submit a support request. Anyone can open a ticket, which makes it useful when you can’t access your account.
Looking for a quick way to reach out? The Support link in the top navigation opens a direct email to the platform team. The ticketing system below is the better choice when you want a tracked, status-driven request.

Submit a ticket

1

Open the support form

Go to the support page and start a new request.
2

Describe your issue

Fill in the details of your request. Be as specific as possible so the team can help you faster.
3

Submit

Send your request. Submissions are rate-limited to prevent abuse, so wait a moment before sending another if you’re submitting several.
4

Save your tracking code

On submission you receive a short tracking code. Keep it somewhere safe — you’ll use it to check the status of your ticket later.

Track a ticket

1

Open the tracking page

Go to the support page and choose the option to check an existing ticket.
2

Enter your tracking code

Provide the short tracking code you received when you submitted the ticket.
3

View the current status

See where your ticket stands in its lifecycle.
Every ticket moves through three states:
StatusWhat it means
OpenYour ticket has been received and is waiting to be picked up.
In progressThe platform team is actively working on your request.
ClosedYour ticket has been resolved and no further action is needed.

For administrators

Platform SuperAdmins have an admin console for managing support tickets end to end. From there you can:
  • View all submitted tickets in one place
  • Respond to and manage individual tickets
  • Move tickets through the Open → In progress → Closed lifecycle
Ticket management lives alongside the other platform controls in the Admin Portal.
